Prepare For Your Session To Maximize Results


1.  Be sure that you are well hydrated.  An easy way to figure out how much water is enough is take your body weight and divide it in half.  This will give you the number you need in ounces of water that you need to drink each day.

2.  Fiber supplementation is recommended.  20-35 grams per day.  This will help break up some of the build-up and make your session more productive.

3.  Lubricate the colon further by taking essential fats & oils, such as flax, borage, and fish oils.
